OUI (Office for Urban Innovation) is a Paris & Brussels based office, composed of architects and designers who believe we can make buildings that will improve our environment. Before designing spaces, OUI seek to create communities based on mutual interests and the sharing of services by following the motto « creation before consumption ». OUI are keeping up with trends and researching the latest scientific innovations to generate new ways of practicing.

Flore Raimbault is the cofounder of OUI. Before founding OUI, Flore graduated from the Graduate School of Architecture of Versailles (ENSAV) with a Masters in Architecture and Urban Design, where she met Noa. Flore has worked at MVRDV Rotterdam and in various practices in Paris, gaining experience on large scale urban projects. Passionate about urban planning and the shifts of cities, she developed a knowledge of Circular Economy principles applied to urbanism with the consulting office Lateral Thinking Factory in Brussels. Based in Paris, Flore follows with care the ongoing renovation projects and research of Circular Economy applied to architecture.

Noa Peer is the cofounder of OUI. Before founding OUI, Noa graduated from the Graduate School of Architecture of Versailles (ENSAV) with a Masters in Architecture and Urban Design, where she met Flore. Noa has worked at REX New York, Ecosistema Urbano Madrid and Mosbach Paysgiste Paris, gaining experience in architectural and landscape projects.  Noa is an expert in Circular Economy principles applied to buildings and processes, currently coordinating a European project based on the creation of synergies between companies by applying Circular Economy approach.
