The renovation is based on the main feature of this apartment: its transversality and its brightness. By optimizing and relocating the kitchen, it was possible to create an additional child's bedroom.
The new kitchen opens up to the living room. The royal blue polished concrete floor contrasts with the parquet, white kitchen elements, the oak, and faux marble countertops.
A mirrored credenza brings the view of the exterior horizon into the apartment. The central block has been modified to create space for a new bathroom for the master suite and a laundry room next to the children’s bedrooms.
