The kitchen, which was once a separate room, was relocated to the double high living space to make room for a new child's room. On the courtyard side, a large laundry and bathroom was created between the two children's bedrooms, and on the street side, a master suite with its own bathroom.
The bright functional entrance serves each of the main rooms of the apartment. The moldings, glass doors and woodwork have all been preserved, while modern carpentry elements have been added, such as the large living room library.
