Our client, the Executive Chef, wanted to convey the values of his cuisine into the design of his first restaurant.

We were tasked with translating an open, generous, natural, locally sourced, and elegantly simple cuisine into our design. We laid out the new space with an open kitchen. From the entrance, the lines of the ceiling guide your gaze towards the widely vegetated outdoor terrace.
The greenery is reflected in the large mirror covering an entire section of a wall opposite the lively kitchen at the other end of the space.
The simple materials and colors are soft and earthy; walls clad in modern terra-cotta briquettes, acoustic ceiling tiles in cork, and wooden battens contrasting with the raw concrete floor.
