By combining the two rooms and recovering the attic space, the new floor plan benefits from great heights and the roof’s bared framework.

These heights made it possible to create a game of different floor levels: the sleeping area has been raised from the rest of the apartment, the bed positioned on a platform overlooking the living area, the bath embeds itself in this platform.

The loft typology limiting the use of walls, the only completely enclosed space is the toilets. The bathroom is a semi-enclosed space overlooking the rest of the loft with its glass wall.
