The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a corner Haussmann building. The challenge was to open the rooms on the corner in order to accommodate a large space grouping the open kitchen and the dining room, but also to open the entrance to the small room opposite to the living room.
The clients wanted above all to preserve the current charm of the apartment: parquet, moldings, bases, picture rails, fireplaces, large wooden windows and wolf's mouth opening, etc. while introducing touches of modernity.

The open kitchen is placed on handmade earthenware tiles made in Italy. The furniture was custom designed by a carpenter. The kitchen fronts are in dark oak, contrasting with the natural stone top.
The bathroom takes place in the most quirky space of the apartment. The rounded tiled shower is framed by a custom waxed concrete seat.
