CULT
Between Haussmannian heritage and sensitive modernity, CULT explores a design of atmosphere, materials, and uses. Nestled on the ground floor of a typical 9th arrondissement building, the space reinvents the Parisian café as a place of culture, exchange, and discovery.

The project is based on a careful reading of the existing structure: a sober façade that has been preserved and adapted, and a period stucco ceiling that has been fully restored and enhanced with traditional lime plaster. Mirrors suspended from the ceiling and positioned behind the bar expand the perspectives and interact with natural light, reinforcing the feeling of an open and fluid space.
Raw materials and graphic lines structure the space: a brushed steel counter, custom-made wooden benches, industrial lighting, and meticulously crafted details developed with French artisans. The result is a lively and precise space, where each element reflects a specific expertise and intention. At the back, a suspended vinyl record shelf evokes the spirit of the place: independent, welcoming, and generous.
