Facing Gare Saint-Lazare, the LAZARUS project reinvents the dining space as a place of hospitality open to the city, fluid and welcoming, where one can pause without being disconnected from the urban energy. Organized around a modular central island, the space offers quick seating, a breakfast buffet, and a bakery, adapting to the different rhythms of use throughout the day.

The restaurant unfolds through enveloping alcoves inspired by Parisian brasseries, providing comfort and intimacy, while mirrors and warm materials create a soft and luminous atmosphere. The transparent bakery acts as a link between the street, the hotel, and the restaurant, visually extending the interior space.

Rooted in an eco-responsible and local approach, LAZARUS prioritizes durable materials, artisanal craftsmanship, and custom-made furniture.
